Game 4 of the NBA Finals that saw the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Orlando Magic in overtime, 99-91 drew a 10.9 overnight rating, up 4.8 percent compared to last year’s Game 4 according to Nielsen Media Research. The ratings increase compares to the 10.4 rating for last season’s Game 4 between the Los Angeles Lakers and Boston Celtics and marks a staggering 39.7 percent increase from the 7.8 overnight rating for the deciding Game 4 between the San Antonio Spurs and Cleveland Cavaliers in 2007.
